Elis is a First Class Tuffle he kills King Vegeta and General Nappa he is so strong he tryed to kill Frieza but failed but survived more than Bardock. His power level is 20,000 meaning he is twice as strong as bardock and King vegetal. He looks much like tarble from the anime.
